Jing Ma

Jing Ma approaches real estate with an eye towards the hard numbers that benefit her clients—local statistics, trend analysis, financial data and more. It is second nature to her, a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) with a MBA degree, as she racked up a decade of corporate financial managerial experience at Fortune 500 companies like eBay and SYNNEX before turning her focus to real estate. The analytical and business skills she gained makes her a valued advisor to her clients. Her years as a leader in corporate finance sharpened her ability to successfully negotiate and close the best possible deals. Whether that is running the numbers on the future value of a property for buyers, hunting down stats to assist a seller or advising investors on their projected ROI, Jing combines a researcher’s skillset, organization and efficiency with a service-oriented approach. She also truly loves helping others, able to act as part counselor, part life coach and part mentor as well as a trusted ally for her clients. Jing would treat her clients the same way that she would want her family to be treated. The end of the deal always results in endless friendship and love.

Jing knows San Jose and the surrounding area intimately, as she is called the Almaden Valley home for more than 12 years, relocating to the Bay Area from Australia (and before that, China) with her husband in 2006. She is the busy mother of two daughters and is deeply involved with her community and the church. For the past 7 years she has been the leader of organizing Almaden community events, such as the Chinese New Year culture and food fair, the Summer Kids Fun Run Event. Additionally, she has been volunteering in writing and producing drama plays at the Family Vacation Camp (organized by Chinese Families for Christ) for the past 6 years.

Jing is an enthusiastic marathon runner and is passionate about working with families to promote a healthy lifestyle and self-confidence. Derived from the same drive, Jing is always determined to execute the best plan for her clients and never, ever give up.
