This was the 2nd home that Jing helped selling in the past several years. We have the utmost trust in Jing and her team. Each time Jing delivered great result and offered timely market insights, which helped us get the best offer before market trends downwards.

Every aspect about the listing process was great, from initial contact, cleaning, repairs, staging, photo shoots, listing crafting, showing, and offer negotiations.

Jing was very efficient and always available to answer my questions, providing updates throughout the sale. Jing was super knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to give me accurate assessment/predictions on pricing and selling my home. Jing has many great contractors and landscapers on speed dials to ensure the house to be in great shape and ready for sale all within two week’s time. Not to mention the great photography and staging she has done that helped dramatically transform the house throughout.

When Jing was first referred to me by a friend of mine, I was considering other agents seemly active in my area, and I put my appointment with her at a back seat, for I didn't know her, but I did give her a ring dial, then everything changed: I was not only impressed by her past records and her broad knowledge about listing, but also her style of presenting herself to me. Yes I had to confess I made an abrupt turn, after the phone call, and decided to let her in charge of the listing.

The result was very much rewarding, for I have sold my property in a challenging time window, with a better than expected sales price. More than that, she helped me with an almost one-month free rent back.

In my retrospective view, I was lucky I hired her, because my escrow closed faster than those rivals on the market, enabling me to focus on my new home hunt and the subsequent renovation.

In the process of the listing execution, I found that she orchestra-ed loosely connected processes and managed a bunch of various people, over an aggressively panned out schedule (yes I only gave her a 2-month listing window). Interestingly, she successfully kept up a stream of updates for me, no matter she was at her kid's party or on her way on the road. She is an awesome woman, better than any other agents I had previously worked with.

Btw, she brought in her own listing company to do the staging, which makes a huge difference --- I bet most listing agents could not afford to do that. She told me she received a well-rounded arts education back in Shanghai, China, and she herself is so meticulous that sometime she looked pretty funny to me: once she found a picture not well poised on the wall, she immediately return to her car and came back with a tiny arts hammer in her hand...

Ah, finally and most importantly, she knows when and how to make a deal. As her alias in Chinese social media suggests, she is a really a person who knows when to make a decision, to propose compromise, or ensure better results. She has a well developed strategy set, I shall say, which proved to be working on my case.

I know she is nationally recognized, well, that is the public information, and I just put my words here for your consideration, in a time you might want to hire the best in nowadays competitive real estate market.

It was back to Oct, 2020 that Jing helped my find a house in Pleasanton, CA. She was SUPER professional and responsive and it really impressed me.

I appreciate a lot for her continuous service even after I moved into my house. I cannot remember how many consultation I received from her in the past year such as designer and ADU builder. I've recommended Jing to several of my friends and am glad that my friends also enjoy the collaboration with Jing.

Jing is the best realtor in Bay area that I have ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market was one of the main reasons why we were able to purchase a home under asking price when the market was extremely hot for sellers. It was a great experience as she is always quick and responsive, push the process as quick as possible, sorted out complicated application and checked all requirements for us,

The process and application to buy a house supposed to give me a headache, but Jing listed out exactly what's the next step for us to do and everything just went well. Jing helped easy the process by explaining to us in details on the pros and cons of each house we looked at. With her dedication, I got my loan at a good rate. She is always putting her client first. Also led a good team, to do the analysis of which place to buy with your budget.

During the pandemic, it was very inconvenient to schedule a time with house manager for signing the contract. We called multiple times and couldn't get a hold of them. Again, Jing helped us calling them many times, and got us the location and appointment, which saved us lots of hassle, otherwise we would probably missed the time&location, go back and forth multiple times.

I recommend you to work with Jing if you want a good and smooth home buying experience.
