My association with Jo Ann Doyle developed when I relocated to NC from Greenville, SC. My realtor in Greenville referred me to Jo Anne and I will be forever thankful for the introduction. I have owned many homes in the past and I have worked with many realtors, but none can compare to the knowledge, dedication and the endless service that you will receive from Jo Ann. Jo Ann in my opinion is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with and the best in today's market. I rarely endorse an individual, but because of the service I received from Jo Ann Doyle I felt that it would be a disservice if I did not share my experience to others. If you need a realtor who knows the Charlotte area, who will work for you as if your were her only client, who will take care of ALL of the aspects of purchasing a home, who will work endlessly to make sure you as her client is always 100% informed and one who will find your dream home, then look no further than to Jo Ann Doyle.......she is the best!! I found Jo Ann thru Internet search. The reason I choose her was her website presentation and the fact that she was an accountant in the past. I do not regret my choice. Jo Ann was always available to answer our questions. She followed up on all my requests: never left any stone unturned. Jo Ann comments helped us to focus on what was important to us in our house search and to identify the features we must have and those we can let go. In our case, the seller agreed to go significantly down in the selling price, but he required the closing in three weeks. Jo Ann organized the whole process. She recommended the mortgage specialist that processed our paperwork in such short time. All inspections were done right away; the lawyer was available. Everything went smoothly and we have been enjoying our house for seven months now.
