She will do just about anything to help make their move as smooth and stress free as possible. So, My story,
When I first started talking to Joann about getting a house...my credit was terrible. We are talking about credit you couldn't get an ice cream pop with. Joann helped me educate myself, with the tools I needed to pull off buying a home. In some cases I needed a specialist... But she had the number. And no matter whatever I asked, she had a solution or guide for me. I asked her everything, How to find a lender? And My Credit issues? What type of houses are there? What Type of loans mean what with which acronym, Heck what's an acronym? What about my current location, I need help selling this one? How to find a house to fit my family?
