Joann went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our home. We had to move unexpectedly due to a work promotion while being 6 months pregnant and in the process of renovating our master bath. Joann was able to step in and guide us thru the process from start to finish. She helped to take care of everything and tie up loose ends for us since we had to move to another state before the remodel and sale were complete. Joann also helped us to get setup with a realtor in our new state. She is friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. It is apparent that she loves what she does and truly cares for her clients. We would recommend Joann a million times and are so thankful for her services!

JoAnn is the best realtor we have ever had. She worked with is for months getting our home redone in order to put it on the market. She gave us referrals for plumber, electrician, and what ever we needed as well as her professional opinion. She "talked me down" during the selling process and issues with buyers..
