My family recently assisted my father in getting his house sold so he could move to a retirement community. Our circumstances were anything but normal, with my father in the hospital through a large portion of this time, and everyone scrambling to make it happen. We're so grateful to have had Jo-Ann to help us through the whole way. We had no shortage of obstacles and curveballs of all kinds. But we got through it all, the house was presented beautifully, and we had a phenomenal number of showings -- and the number of offers blew us away. Jo-Ann's advice on pricing was spot-on, and in the end the house sold for $35k above asking price. Jo-Ann Reilly is a very competent Real Estate broker that I recommend very highly to all those who need an experienced professional to buy or sell a home. You can read her qualifications on her calling card which spells out all the diplomas and licenses she has received in her profession. She is a top notch broker who deserves to be recognized.
I have worked with Jo-Ann over many years when she helped me rent my rental property to new tenants. She always screened the tenants well before recommending them. All tenants referred by her were good. Jo-Ann also helped me in selling one of my properties and got me the best price and deal on it. At that time I told her that when I needed to sell my personal residence I would list it with her. My wife and I are glad we did so. Jo-Ann helped us from the start to the end with good advice on the interior and exterior staging and taking pictures of the house via their photographer. She prepared excellent marketing materials and within a week we had a steady stream of prospective buyers. She kept us informed almost daily on the status of the house sale and brought in many clients. We found the right buyer through her marketing skills and contacts. She even recommended a real estate attorney for the closing. We were completely satisfied with her services and would highly recommend her to others and wish her continued success in her sales career.

She is one of the hardest working people I've ever met and I have found her not only VERY professional but also willing and happy to ALWAYS go way above and beyond to aide her clients. While I was out of town, Jo-Ann on numerous occasions, went out of her way to go to my home, which she was selling for me, to open the door to allow last minute contractors access.
