The thought of selling our former home from over 2000 miles away was a bit intimidating to say the least. With Jo working with us, it was far easier and smoother than we could have ever imagined. From the beginning, Jo was communicative, reassuring, and professional, while maintaining her incredible sense of humor throughout. She was great at letting us know what needed to be done by when, and always had a solid plan of how it could be done, and by whom.

Jo guided us so well every step of the way, making suggestions while respecting our rights and wishes as the sellers/homeowners.

Jo was honest and realistic about what our expectations should be. The house was put on the market on a Friday, and we received an offer 3+% higher than our asking price within two days. She worked hard to ensure it was a great, fair, and honest deal for all involved -- us, and the buyers. We respected and appreciated that about her.

Several times during the process, I told my wife that I felt we were in great hands with Jo. She agreed completely.

If any of my friends are looking to buy or sell a home in Southern California, I would not hesitate at all in recommending Jo to represent them.

Thank heaven we didn’t go with that “discount” agent. Jo did more to get our home ready quickly than they would have done. She handled much of it while we had to be out of town handling a family issue. Our home looked beautiful, sold quickly for over asking and our final packing up was so much easier than it would have been without her prep time work. More than that, she handled any issues with repairs, etc. that came up so we could focus on other things. We always trusted that she had our best interests in mind. She'll always put in the extra mile to make you happy and actual cares about the people with whom she works. For Jojo, everything in life is not just about getting by or doing enough, but actually making a better world. While she's working, that's finding you the perfect home.

This was my first property. She made sure I got every first-time buyer discount and help. It was so easy, she took care of everything and answered all my questions in a timely manner over the phone or through text.

My family and I worked with Jo on the sale of our home in 2016 and
purchase of a new home late last year. Throughout the process she
went above and beyond what would be expected of any realtor. On the
sale side, she helped with taking care of small fixes (actually
fixing stuff herself), staging our home, and generating a ton of interest. We had offers within days of our first open house. Not only is Jo highly knowledgeable of the housing market, she also knows construction. On the purchase side, she was able to spot potential problems immediately upon walking into a home (electrical, foundational, code violations, etc.). She guided us through a very difficult housing market in which there were
numerous offers on every home, all cash buyers and investors that we
couldn’t compete with. When we finally found “the one,” we were able
to beat out eight offers without having the highest or best offer,
thanks to her creativity and the relationship she was able to
establish with seller and seller’s agent. We never once doubted that
Jo was working in our best interest. She handled everything
for us; meeting with inspectors, contractors, vendors of all types,
down to writing letters to sellers on our behalf. The current trend
for many is to reduce the involvement of realtors from buying/selling
process. We would not be where we are today if we had taken this
route. We will always consider Jo our realtor of record and a
close friend.

Jojo is the best! She helped us find and buy a house from across the country, without us ever seeing it in person. She was our representative for all the inspections and repair work and made everything incredibly smooth. She was on top of all the paperwork and was very timely and thorough in following up with us. Wow 5 stars isn't enough I want to put 10 for Jo Jo.

She is an incredible powerhouse that got my brother his home here in Oceanside. This was not easy my brother is a first time homeowner who lives in San Francisco.

JoJo went over and above. Her communication is superb. Guiding and educating, and keeping my bother informed through out the process. She had to pick up so many loose ends since he lives so far away.

Dependable, kind and funny, what a pleasure to work with. This process is stressful, JoJo made it fun.

Jo Jo also incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process, and really puts her clients needs up front. She is the whole package and I am so glad she represented my brother through this process.

JoJo did an awesome job selling our Oceanside property. She handled every detail
beginning to end. I did not realize the outstanding job she did for us until we purchased home in Texas without her. It was horrible. Seems we took a lot for granted.

Jo was without a doubt more than any other agent I have ever known. She staged, packed, took things to volunteer organizations. She filled nail holes, climbed ladders I couldn't and provided support and laughs through this process. She encouraged me, wisely listed and showed my home and never left it unattended.
