Jo Nestor has over 30 years of realty broker experience spanning the Colorado Springs, Denver, Castle Rock, Parker, Franktown and Brighton areas. As a Colorado native, Jo combines her knowledge of the area with her wide-reaching expertise in land, new construction, luxury homes and farm and ranch transactions to gain her clients the best possible real estate and financial results.

Always focused on listening to the client's desired area and price range, Jo works to ensure the types of properties she provides will be appealing and worth the time of the client. Her experience in the fast-paced California real estate market allowed her to perfect her skills in dealing with multiple offer transactions, escrow and title company management and over-asking price negotiations.

While she moved to California for a change of scenery and weather, her Colorado roots pulled her home to the Sotheby's Castle Pines office. Jo is an interesting person as well as a seasoned broker. She has volunteered her time as a Neonatal Intensive Care 'Cuddler' for premature babies, lived on a boat for the experience of it, and has successfully owned and managed a collection of hair salons. Jo's enthusiasm and varied life experiences draws clients to her, and her love of Colorado real estate and transaction knowledge gives them a rewarding and productive real estate experience.
