Jo Sadownikow

As Principal of American Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Jo’s expertise includes managing, leasing, and selling commercial and industrial properties. Jo is excited about co-founding American Commercial Real Estate which brings an additional area of expertise to the family of American Companies.

Prior to co-founding ACRE, Jo oversaw all aspects of administrative responsibilities at American Companies. She is also involved in the development and investment side of the organization. Jo brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience to ACRE.

In addition to her work at American Companies, Jo has 20+ years of experience in property management. She has specialized in managing Commercial, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to Jo’s experience in real estate, her background was in mortgage banking.

Jo’s personal interests include spending time with her husband & four daughters, hiking in the mountains, attending local sporting events, reading, and politics.
