We first met Jo when we were taking our time with visiting open houses. She recommended that we get pre approved to jump start the process and introduced us to a few great resources. Before this, we had no idea we could buy a home within our budget so soon! Jo was always there to answer any questions/concerns and we were comfortable with her from the beginning. She went above and beyond with trying to find homes we may be interested in as well as creating a schedule for days we wanted to look at multiple homes we also found. And when we finally closed escrow, she was still there for us with any little/big questions we may have had ie., grant deeds, county/property taxes, etc. Thank you, Jo, for being there throughout our first home buying process!
