This was my second time using Joan since I moved to the Atlanta area. This time, I used her to both sell our townhome and buy our single family home. Just like 3 years ago, Joan was an absolute rock star. Her responsiveness is one of a kind. She is always there to answer questions and make you feel like you’re her only client. Also- she’s very very patient! Both with my millions of questions, but also with the selling agent, Joan maintained professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. If you don’t use Joan, you’re making a huge mistake. She’s not only a great agent, but she’s become a friend as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you Joan!!!

Couldn't recommend Joan more if you are looking to buy or selling your home! She goes over the top to make sure it is a smooth, easy and enjoyable process. You are an idiot if you don't hire Joan. She is real and will represent you as if it was her. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will find it. If you disagree with her suggestion, she respects and will follow your suggestion. Bottom line is she works for you and has your best interest in mind.

Joan Boudreau has been our real estate agent both on the sale of our home 11 years go, and the purchase of our home here in Suwanee. In both situations she provided the highest standard of professionalism, effort for the processes. Within the purchase of our current home, Joan spent a considerable amount of time focusing on our wish list for internet searches, as well as 2 out of town trips in looking at options for our current purchase. She continuously went above and beyond to help us narrow our search. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate laws, necessary factors for the state of Georgia for purchase, and has a very attention to detail approach throughout the purchase process to the closing table. Her recommendations for home inspectors, property repair information, and lawyers are excellent. I highly recommend Joan as a real estate agent. She represents the highest of professionalism, and standard of practice for her profession, and the people she works with.

Joan is an excellent realtor! Prior to selling our home, I interviewed several realtors and Joan was by far the best decision I could have ever made. She sold our home and represented us on the purchase of our new home. Her work ethic is unparalleled! She goes above and beyond to ensure that the needs of her clients are met. Even though our transactions have long been completed, she continues to keep in touch and readily assists with any questions. She even went out of her way to help me prepare my property tax assessment appeal! We are extremely grateful for her and will certainly use her in the future!

Joan has been fantastic to work with. She helped my parents find a home years ago, so when we started looking we knew we needed to get her help again. Joan is very thorough in narrowing down the search criteria and was great at answering all questions in detail to this first time buyer.
