Joan was fantastic!! She was very dedicated in the sale of our home. Held 2 open houses. Held the first hopefully to sale but to also get valuable feedback. We selected Joan Carr because we believed her local knowledge and process expertise would be important, as our sale involved a land trust and an out-or-state trustee. We were not disappointed. In addition, Joan's connectedness with the local market resulted in another realtor contacting her about upcoming properties. She showed the home the day it was listed, resulting in the sale of the property. We also appreciated Joan's excellent communication skills as she dealt with three siblings (2 local and one from Illinois) and kept everyone informed and moving forward quite easily.
