I work with Joan. I find her to be an excellent manager. She is always available to her agents to assist with any problem. She is also very knowledgeable when it come to computer systems. She always does her best to keep her agents way out in front in that regard, If you are looking for a manager to work with who will always have your back and be there for you then Joan is your gal.

I met Joan over 20 years ago when we were selected as project managers for a new subdivision. Joan was so easy to work with, eager to share her knowledge of the process with me. Many years later, as a manager Joan encouraged me to go back into the sales side of the business.
