Joan Howard

My name is Joan Howard and I grew up Ohio, enjoyed living in Southern California for 15 years and have lived in Arizona since 2005. I am married and have an awesome family.

I began my real estate career in February 2008 after first working in the title and escrow business since 1990. I'm glad I made the move to the career choice as a Realtor. Over the years I've had the privilege of working with many awesome buyers and home sellers. I love what I do.

Buying or selling a home is a life changing move which requires an agent who has time for you! I strive to make the process as stress free as possible and achieve the end goal- buying or selling a home.

My former position as an Escrow Officer/Branch Manager has allowed me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Understanding contracts, negotiating, working with attorneys and remaining calm under pressure is just part of what I do.

Whether it is working with a buyer in a new home construction or a buyer and seller in the residential resale market, the goal is the same- keeping the Client Happy!
