A native Philadelphian, Joan Mozenter has always known the City of Brotherly Love is incredibly special. Life takes its turns and Joan lived nearly a lifetime in Manhattan but came home to her roots - rediscovering her love for Philadelphia’s tree-lined streets and incomparable charm. So much has remained the same but there's so much growth and potential making the city even better.
