She is a naturally driven entrepreneur who loves to help people. Her passion and connection to real estate started at an early age, when her mother worked for a home developer, assisting clients with building custom homes and opening her own brokerage. After 15+ years of corporate marketing in Florida and New York City, and appreciating the process of purchasing a home in Northern New Jersey, JoAn obtained her New Jersey real estate license.

She is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & minor in Finance. JoAn currently holds the following designations in real estate (SRS - Sellers Representative Specialist, PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), C2EX - Commitment to Excellence) while currently serving as the Marketing Advisory for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Northern New Jersey Chapter.

Social causes JoAn is most passionate about include awareness around Mental Health and eliminating food waste to fight global hunger and promoting policies that foster open, accessible, and inclusive communities, strengthening enforcement of fair housing laws. JoAn often supports and volunteers with organizations to support these causes including New Jersey Coalition to End Homelessness and Rescuing Leftover Cuisine. She is an enthusiastic member of the Montclair community where you'll often find her dining out at local restaurants connecting with business owners, walking her dog, hiking local state parks, and showing her clients the best that New Jersey has to offer.
