Joan Schermerhorn

Joan Schermerhorn has been a dedicated Property Manager at Schermerhorn & Co. since 2000, specializing in Condominium Association Management. She holds both an Illinois Broker’s license and an Illinois Community Association Manager’s license, and is a member of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors. With a background in sales and home building and renovation, Joan brings a versatile skill set to managing residential rentals, condominium associations, and co-op buildings. Her success is rooted in strong communication with owners, tenants, and board members. In addition to her property management role, Joan also leads Human Resources. Outside of work, she enjoys Lake Geneva, horseback riding, gardening, reading, playing cards with friends, and traveling whenever possible.
