Joan was amazing. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and Joan with her vast experience and knowledge explained every piece of the buying process and all of the different kinds of purchases, the whys and why not. She understood what I needed and wanted and found the perfect property for me. During the purchase process she was able to save the sell because of her diligence and research. I can’t imagine using other agent in any future home purchase.
