Joan Wayman has decades of real estate and business experience, both selling residential and commercial real estate and as a homeowner and an investor. She has an MBA from DePaul University, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Joan and her team service the Western Suburbs of Chicago, including Hinsdale, Naperville, Burr Ridge, LaGrange, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Darien, Downers Grove, Woodridge, Bolingbrook, Lisle, Lemont, Willowbrook, Joan is an avid supporter of the Men and Women of the Fire Service, having served as a Trustee for the Darien-Woodridge Fire Department for 7 years. She also is an active member and Past-President for the Rotary Club of Darien and spearheaded the Food For Kids Program that serves weekend meals to food insecure school children. Real-estate is also a family business with her husband Jeff Wayman, their two kids Chris and Danielle, and their Havanese named Lexi. Joan loves to travel and loves all things culture and creative.
