Excellent experience all around, not only knowledgeable but Joanna and her team have a very personal touch I felt like family throughout the entire process. She always took his time; we never felt rushed or like “just a number.” I sold my home and bought with her. We had lots of questions she gladly answered them with no problem and guided us through the entire process, eliminating lots of stress. Joanna has been a great resource of information when it comes to the real estate market here in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. she is responsive, friendly, and she knows the entire process. She’s very knowledgeable about houses and really listens to my families needs. We have yet to find the home of our dreams.

Joana and I have been in contact intermittently for the past year and she’s been so patient and explained the home buying process to me and been available for open houses on multiple occasions. I’ve been pre-approved for buying and it’s only a matter of time before we find the right fit for our family.

She’s knowledge and the few times she hasn’t had answers to my never ending questions, she’s always circled back with me after doing research and brought me an answer. She’s trust worthy and patient and I definitely feel like I’ve made the right choice with her as my agent.

She’s even set up on going alerts for homes in my area at the price point I’m looking for so I know right when they come on the market. She’s a gem!
