What she may not have had answers for, she was immediately finding them and calling us right back. She's got get-up and go and was on top of things all the way. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN AGENT WHO CAN BE ALL YOU WILL NEED, ASK FOR JOANIE JAMES WITH CORNERSTONE REALTY IN SANTA MARIA,CA.= SHE IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT :) SHE HANDLES EVERYTHING HONESTLY AND QUICKLY. SHE STEPPED IN AND HANDLED OUR SHORT SALE WITH CHASE HOME FINANCE WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. AFTER 2 YEARS OF TRYING TO WORK WITH THEM THRU THE MAKING HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM AND PROBABLY HAVING TO SUBMIT THE SAME DOCUMENTS OVER ? 5-9 TIMES, AND SPEAKING WITH REPRESENTATIVES WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT HAD BEEN DONE EACH TIME WE MADE THE EFFORT TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY, WE FINALLY ENDED IN GIVING UP.
