Highly likely to recommend 03/08/2011 - annelle19 Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Santa Maria, CA. What can I say about Joanie James? She is absolutely amazing! Joanie is an extraordinary, sweet, kind woman who is full of energy! She helped me with the Short Sale of my Orcutt home in late 2010. It was a long journey due to the unwillingness and games of IndyMac Bank! Nethertheless, Joanie stuck with it and helped me avoid a foreclosure! She gave me the peace of mind I so needed while I was going through an emotional roller coaster, she saved my life! I just can't say enough about her and I will always be grateful to her.
