Joanie Ransom

With 20 years of experience as a Realtor, Joanie Ransom loves thoughtfully helping buyers find their ideal home and strategically guiding sellers as they prepare to sell their home. She possesses a B.A. in Business from the University of Puget Sound and has a strong background in real estate investment and new construction/development. SHE brings an educated and ethical approach to every transaction, and she values the relationships and trust that she has built.

Bainbridge Island has been her home since 2001. As a Seattle native, she spent several childhood summers on the island at her family’s beach house. Her and her husband enjoy raising their three teenage children here. They are proud of their high-quality schools, both private and public. She has volunteered in her local schools and served on the Board of the Bainbridge Schools Foundation.

She loves her educated, artistic, close-knit community. She is passionate about the outdoors and her community’s conscientious efforts to preserve open spaces. During her free time, you can find Joanie biking, hiking, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, skiing, or doing pretty much anything in nature with her friends and family.
