About JoAnn

Welcome to her website. Let her tell you a little bit about herself... she relocated to Arizona in July of 1995 from a suburb of Chicago (Elmhurst). She built a home in the Chandler area of Ocotillo. She loves AZ and does not miss the rain/snow in Chicago at all. When she moved here, there was nothing nearby; now 30 years later, the growth has passed us. She lives in a beautiful area near the famous Ocotillo Golf Course. Several relatives visited and decided they wanted to buy homes here, so that is how she started her career in Real Estate. Her two children were young, and her schedule was flexible, so it worked for all of them. Her Daughter owns a mortgage brokerage, and her son is a police detective. She has two small dogs that are her besties and one grandson so far. She works hard and is very thankful for the opportunity to work with you.
