Joann is amazing at what she does. She is attentive, listens to your preferences and isn’t pushy about seeing certain properties or making quick decisions. We had very narrow preferences on the home we wanted and Joann never made us feel like it was impossible. She is also so knowledgeable about the laws in the area, as well as has great rapport with the companies she chooses for inspections. We never felt like the process was hard or impossible. Joann was exceptional. I truly mean from the moment we met her, my parents and I immediately felt comfortable in working with her. This was a difficult move for my family and I after having owned the house for over a half century. Joanne handled our situation with care and humanity, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Anyone Who is looking to buy or sell a home , would be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable and kind than Joann.

She quickly identified reasonable repairs and improvements that made the home more marketable. JoAnn was amazing to work with. We are from out of town and had to sell my aunts house in Tucson due to her health issues. JoAnn made the selling process so smooth even though we were working remotely. She found sub-contractors in the area to help with needed repairs and walked us through what could have been a very complicated transaction. She is amazing and she has earned lifelong clients. We worked with JoAnn for two years before we found the right house for us. During this whole time, JoAnn was very patient and showed us many houses. She is very knowledgeable about the various cities and neighborhoods in the greater Tucson area, pointing our the pros and cons of each area.
