Joann Davenport

JoAnn Davenport, a Colts Neck resident and the Director of the Commercial Division, brings over 20 years of real estate experience to her clients. She firmly believes that everyone deserves a comfortable place to call home and extends this belief to helping clients find their ideal workplace or investment property as a commercial Realtor. JoAnn's decision to join the Resources Real Estate team was influenced by her admiration for the founders and their ethical business practices. Her primary goal is to consistently do the right thing for her clients and make them feel like the most important ones she's ever had the privilege to work with. In her leisure time, JoAnn enjoys family and friend gatherings, baking, fishing, and cherishes moments outside of her work.
