JoAnn Delaney

JoAnn has an unfailing commitment to customer service helping her clients sell and purchase homes and create wonderful memories! Her job is to educate her clients, whether sellers or buyers, to the market, prepare them for all of the intricacies of a transaction and do everything in her power to bring the transaction to a happy and satisfactory close.

JoAnn has been a licensed Broker/Sales Associate for over twenty years and I'm a past Manager of Coldwell Banker's Randolph/Roxbury office. Trained in negotiating and transaction management during her tenure as a manager she helps educate the agents in her current office on different aspects of real estate.

JoAnn serves all of Morris County including Mountain Lakes, Montville, Parsippany, East Hanover, Denville, Randolph, Hanover Township, Roxbury, Rockaway Township, Boonton, Boonton Township as well as Sparta and Lake Mohawk in Sussex county. She has been a resident of Morris County for 35 years and have over 20 years of experience with Sellers and Buyers. She is thoroughly enjoying the experience!
