Joann Erb

Joann Erb is the Director of Sales, Greenwich for Brown Harris Stevens, where she is responsible for the strategic growth of the firm in the local area and the day-to-day management of the Greenwich office. Well-known and highly respected in the community for her extensive knowledge of Greenwich properties, Joann has been an active realtor for more than 28 years. She was recently President of the Greenwich Board of Realtors, an honored position that ended in 2016; she remains as a member of the board. She also serves as a member of the Risk Committee for the Board.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Joann served for more than 20 years as the Vice President and Managing Director of Round Hill Partners, a privately owned real estate boutique in Greenwich, Connecticut. She founded the local real estate firm with a colleague, and they quickly grew the firm to a market leader in Greenwich. In her role, she oversaw more than 25 agents working throughout the local community.

A longtime resident of Greenwich, Joann is energetically involved in the town. She most recently served as President of the Lucas Point Association and as a past member of the Board for the Bruce Museum. Joann and her husband have two children and one grandchild.
