Joann met us long before we actually purchased or sold. We went out just looking and fate sent her to us. She clearly had soley our interests in mind exclusively and we declared her our selling agent after she demonstrated this at the first house she showed us. She came and assessed our house and advised us where to begin to prepare for sale that week. She continued to work with us on faith in our word for over a year before we actually made any attempt to purchase or sell. We obviously wouldn't have used anyone else for the purchase either with the values she demonstrated. She was with us hand in hand for both efforts. You won't find a better, harder working representative for your best interests anywhere in the industry.

I am investing in real estate as rental properties. After giving four separate agents the same parameters for homes I was looking for, Joann has found me three this year that I had to purchased because the deal and houses were so great. The other three agents combined haven't found any worth buying. She has been there for the inspections and examined all the details so I never get unpleasant surprises!!! She is the hardest working person in Real Estate!!!
