Joann made my first home buying experience easy and stress free. She thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and reassured me during the whole process. She was always available for me, had perfect communication with me throughout the whole process. She is an expert at what she does and never left any step unclear to me. I don’t think there was anything she didn’t know. Coming into this I didn’t expect it to be this easy but JoAnn made it possible. She pays attention to you and understands what you are looking for in a home and isn’t someone who just tries to get you into any house available. Because of Joann, me and my family have our perfect home.
