Over the past 35 years, JoAnn Hardon has accumulated a remarkable depth and breadth of experience, partnerships, achievements and milestones in numerous facets of the real estate business. JoAnn's real estate story began in 1984 when she started in property management; an experience which continues to inform her advisement to investors and the administration of her own portfolio of tenant occupied investment properties. JoAnn became a licensed agent in 1986, and a licensed broker in 1990. Early on, she set out to provide a differentiated degree of value to her clients and was co-owner of an innovative company that provided comprehensive realty, title, and loan origination services under one roof. The detailed knowledge of the end to end scope of a real estate transaction that she acquired during this phase of her career is a key distinguishing aspect of her cumulative expertise.

The prevailing theme of JoAnn's career has been to constantly expand her independence and resources as a real estate professional in order to provide increasingly greater value to her clients. In this spirit, JoAnn founded Action Plus Realty in 1999, a family business now in its 20th year.
