Joann grew up here and it has been her home for many years. Beginning in the 1980s, her family ran a successful restaurant for over thirteen years and in 2008 she and her husband opened one of their own, Loco Jo’s Bar and Grill. After a decade of hard work and dedication it’s become one of the most successful businesses in Southport.

Now that the real estate market has made such an impressive recovery, Joann and her husband, Brian, have decided it’s time for him to get back into building. With his twenty-five years of experience, her knowledge of real estate and their shared love of the construction process itself, she looks forward to sharing their ‘recipe for success.’
