JoAnn Wind

JoAnn has been in real estate since 2002. As a native of Long Island's South Shore, JoAnn spent her childhood summers on Fire Island and has always enjoyed coastal life. Her attraction to the sea and a lifetime of boating has drawn her to the North Fork and to the lively historic maritime Village of Greenport. She has lived in Manhattan, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor, but after discovering the North Fork she decided to make Greenport her homeport. Before moving to the North Fork, she was owner and president of Women at Work, an all-woman’s painting and interior design company, in the 1980's in the Hamptons. As housing trends changed, she transferred those skills to exterior landscape design and started a new company, Gardens by the Sea. For the next 10 years she designed, installed, and managed several seaside estate gardens in Sagaponak and Watermill. JoAnn's background in home and landscape design and love of the sea gives a good layer of experience for home sales on the North Fork. Since getting her license in 2002, JoAnn has successfully assisted residential and commercial clients and customers to navigate through the buying and selling process. She is committed to diligence and discretion and is ready and willing to help you buy or sell your next property.
