I’m so glad we chose to enlist Joanna’s expertise for our home buying experience! My husband and I moved to Frederick County from out of state and had conflicting ideas of what we wanted in our next home. Joanna asked all the right questions and constantly sent houses our way, listening closely to our feedback on each property. She worked with us for 5 months until we found The One. My motto has always been life is what happens while making other plans. We were talking to Joanna about putting our house on the market and she started helping us look for a new home. We found our dream house before we even put our old one on the market. It is a very special house and there was a great deal of interest in it. This was the first time we've been on the seller side and Joanna helped us through the entire process! I was so nervous about selling during COVID19. Would we lose money? How long would it take to sell?

I was so lucky to find Joanna. She had so much knowledge about my neighborhood. She had sold several homes in the area and actually lived right around the corner! Joanna was also so responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. If I had a question, she was there to answer it. She was super proactive with the sale of our home and took her own photos to list our house as coming soon to generate interest.
