Joanna Rice

Joanna's approach to real estate parallels her life philosophy: establish a goal and do everything ethically and legally possible to achieve that goal. She loves her job and attributes her success with clients to her full-service approach to the way she has been conducting business for over twenty years. She collaborates with Buyers and Sellers every step of the way to ensure that their transactions are smooth and worry-free from beginning to successful close of escrow. Originally from North Carolina, she primarily lived in the southeastern part of the country until the mid-seventies when she moved to San Francisco. Joanna attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington; graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in English; and continued graduate studies in literature at Florida International University in Miami. Over twenty years ago, she moved to Incline Village from Pasadena, CA with her husband, David, and daughter, Katie. She is a past president of the Incline Village Board of Realtors and has served on numerous committees. That Board named Joanna Realtor of the Year in 2007 and she is immensely proud of being elected to attend the Nevada Board of Realtors Leadership Conference in 2004. Her community involvement spans over forty years, beginning with The Assistance League of Southern California and The National Charity League in Pasadena/San Marino. Joanna was active in the Incline Village Crystal Bay Chamber of Commerce, and she is a past president and fund raiser. Currently, she is the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Kids & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center in Minden, NV and she continues to be involved in fund-raising efforts.
