As executor of my brothers estate I worked with Joanna from Ohio to sell his home in Arlington. Joanna worked with the company I hired to clear the home of all unnecessary furnishings as well as personally taking care of donating much of the children's clothing and toys to local charities.

Joanna is at the top of the food chain when selecting a realtor, and especially so for the Burlington market.

I started the process the previous year, picking her brain to determine the best time to list, what price point would be good at that time, and all of the other variables that come into play when selling a home and selecting an agent.

In the end, we had to pivot sooner than expected with the listing due to the low inventory in the hot Burlington market.

We had the house under agreement the same day it hit the market for more than we were originally anticipating.

Joanna was thoughtful in her approach and took a lot of the stress out of the process by acting quickly when we came up with a game plan.

There is no agent that I would recommend more highly than her if you’re looking to buy or sell—especially in Burlington!

I very rarely write reviews but in this case I would like for everyone to know what a wonderful experience we had with Joanna Schlansky.

I have never used her but I have used numerous realtors in the past on property in which I have bought and sold.

I first met Joanna in Burlington at a home that was selling. Being a realtor myself, in the past in Reading I knew all the questions to ask. She completely and honestly answered each and every question I asked. I hired her on the spot.

This was not an easy home to put on the market, meaning probate court was involved. She handled it like a professional. Even calling my lawyer and making sure I had all the documents that I needed.

To be very honest, there is not a realtor that I would hire again but her. I have the utmost confidence in Joanna. She does what she says. You just can’t find a people like that anymore.

I happen to meet this awesome and amazing realtor by chance and it so happened that our first meeting turned out to be my last search for a realtor as I ended up buying the property through her. Although she was both the buyer and seller agent she was fair , transparent & very responsive. Being a first time home buyer I absolutely was clueless about the process however Joanna made it as simple as possible and the entire sale went through seamlessly. There is no way that this purchase of our new home could have gone any better, and probably would have been a nightmare, without Joanna Schlansky. We met her initially as a seller's agent on another property - and she was upfront an honest enough to tell us, after speaking with my wife and I, that this was not the property for us. We signed with her as our buyers agent on the spot.She then used her broad connections to show us a property pre-listing - we only got to see it because of who she was and her relationship. I had a rent house in Billerica and I live in Fort Lauderdale. The house needed to be sold so I started with a Google search for realtors in the Billerica/Burlington area. After calling around to several realtors I spoke with Joanna. The search was over. Joanna was intelligent and thoughtful on the phone and very easy to speak with. A couple of weeks later I made a trip up to Mass and met Joanna in person. She was just as friendly, personable, and professional in person. The tenants in the house decided to be difficult and it took two years to get them out. Joanna stuck with me for two years while all this went on. Then she sold the house in ONE DAY! We were able to close in less than a month. From the time the tenants finally moved out to the time we had cash in the bank was 28 days. Joanna is such a sweet heart. She was the listing agent of the house we bought, and she was extremely helpful, but completed committed to the best interest of her agent. A few years later, when we decided to sell our old house, we decided to hire her as our listing agent. She was beyond amazing, came up with a best plan, best price to attract buyers, arranged for all the showings, and was always very responsive (and calming) to our emails/calls. We sold on the first open house, and she led all the negotiations, so we were above our asking, but also above our expected price.

Joanna was amazingly helpful during our home buying process, and even after we closed has continued to be a great resource for questions we've had as first time home buyers!

My husband and I first met Joanna the day we looked at what would become our future home. We had reached out to set up a meeting with her the night before, and she responded quickly. We did not yet have a realtor, or a pre-approval. When we met her in person, we were very impressed with her knowledge, eagerness to help, and kindness. She came and visited the house with us the next day, helped us put an offer in, and even helped us get a pre-approval that same day.

When the sellers came back to us asking for a final offer, she helped us negotiate a revised offer that got us the house! I truly think we would have missed out on the perfect house for us had we not had Joanna as our realtor.

I cannot explain how thankful I am that we were able to work with Joanna and her team, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. I used Joanna in 2016 to purchase my first house. We had no idea what we were doing, no idea what lawyer or mortgage office to use, no idea how the process went. Joanna was instrumental in educating us on all of this in a very quick and very easy to understand explanation. She didn't leave out any details and made us aware of things to be on the lookout for. When the appraisal didn't go as planned; Joanna managed to talk sense into the sellers and sellers agent to make our first home purchase a reality. Moreover, when I had emergency surgery the night before closing, she was able to do the final walkthrough for us and made sure everything was as she would want it if she were buying the house. She and her team were able to orchestrate them coming to my hospital room to finalize everything to make it easier on me and to not delay the process. Without Joanna, we would never have been able to get this house and we are so thankful for her help. You won't find a better agent out there. On a side note, I've worked with her outside of our transaction and she is always working!!! She will work to the bone for you regardless of what she is doing!

From day one we knew we were going to be in good hands with Joanna! As two first time home buyers we were skeptical and nervous about the process but from our initial meeting Joanna was able to ease our nerves and walk us through the entire process. She was extremely accessible through text/phone/email, even in person meeting whenever she was needed.
