JOANNE GAUDETTE

Originally born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire, I spent my college years in Indiana, Pa. and Penn State. I moved to Jacksonville, Fl. in 1982 from Boston, Mass. I have been a licensed realtor for over 30 years and a Watson agent since 1993 in the Watson Mandarin North office. I have been a multi-million dollar producer since 1995. I have built my reputation on honesty, integrity, respect, hard work, and good old common sense. I have also given back to the community I love with my many volunteer projects. I think it is important to share your blessings with others. Even though I prefer to be an unsung hero when I have participated in my many volunteer projects, I have been humbly recognized by my fellow Realtor peers as the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Humanitarian of the year for 2004 and 2011. That is why I also believe that it is important to treat people the way you want to be treated. I work hard for my clients and will go the extra mile. I am the "Realtor who Cares!"
