We loved working with Joanne! We had been looking at houses in the area online and called Joanne when after we applied for preapproval at our bank, unfortunately the bank called before meeting with her to look at a few houses and told us we should wait until next year. I called her to cancel and she insisted I still come, so I did and I fell in love with the house! Then she gave me some phone numbers of a few other banks, I called and within days we were putting an offer in on the house! Everything happened so fast and she was wonderful helping us through the process. We’ve been in our home since November and could not be happier! We would not have even went forward with the process had it not been for Joanne. She is absolutely amazing! :)
