Joanne is a great agent. She helped us big time finding a home that fit our budget and needs. She had a lot of patience to hear our needs and wants, and guided us through the home finding/purchasing process. She walked with us for a few days during our two trips to town, and got to know us well. But, moving in from out-of-state, her ability to send us prospective homes via web portal was critical. And, what is almost crazy, we did face-time on the home we ended up buying! It was a very pleasant surprise to first meet the house on our final walkthrough prior to closing. Joanne is a highly professional agent, very patient, and all-around great person. We are glad we connected with her for our home purchase.

Joanne does a really good job of thoroughly explaining the house buying process to first-time home buyers like myself. She gave us great advice on how to structure the offer to get the house, but not overpay for it. We ended up getting a great deal on a house despite the tough market, and we wouldn't have gotten it without her. Joanne also helped a ton with negotiating a lower final price for us. She is also really insightful on the walkthroughs. If you want to find the best house for you at the lowest price, I would highly recommend Joanne.
