Finding a professional realtor in Florida was not an easy task for us. We visited Florida several times and we searched, drove by, made phone calls, and had not luck getting a realtor that would work closely with us. Finally, a friend suggested Joanne! She was the only one who took time and effort to help us find what we wanted and needed. Joanne was consistently available to answer our questions, show us homes, and give us professional information. She was pleasant, punctual, and organized. She worked very hard showing us a great variety of homes in different areas, driving under heavy rain, and calling tenants/home owners to make sure the home was available for us to see. The most impressive characteristic we noticed on Joanne was her truly passion for what she was doing. You could tell that she enjoyed her work! This meant a lot to us as her clients.
