Joanne O'Connell

In 2005, Joanne became the primary sales agent for Glenwild, which is a private, 200-lot Tom Fazio-designed golf course community. This opportunity allowed Joanne to gain extensive knowledge in golf course communities, as well as selling high-end custom lots and homes.

From Glenwild, Joanne decided she could offer her clients more extensive market knowledge of Park City as a whole by joining Keller Williams. Since joining Keller Williams in 2008, she has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the entire Park City and Wasatch Back area. She has clients that are buyers and sellers, full-time and part-time residents, interested in land, homes, and condominiums throughout all areas of Park City.

Joanne’s core values include being very detail-oriented, organized, honest, hard-working, and friendly. She believes her clients' needs come first and has developed many long-lasting relationships with them.
