When I say this lady knows her stuff, she's knows this Real Estate business WELL..If I could give this lady Joanne 100 stars I would. Let me say this she's the best REALTOR in New Jersey 🥰. I went through 4 REALTORS and none of them could help me ,until this Angel came along and made it happen for me. I came in this search not knowing nothing, and this beautiful soul walked me through this process step by step didn't let know one take advantage. I will recommend her to anyone I have given her information to a few of my family memebers that's looking to purchase a home.. She just gained a new Family memeber🥰... Joanne helped me find my perfect house 2-1/2 years ago. That was no easy task as I wanted a small house with a big garage. It was a great experience, and she is top notch. When Covid killed my work environment in NJ and I had to relocate recently to another state she helped me again in selling the house. I was 600 miles away and everything went smooth as silk. Joanne is a real pro and a pleasure to work with. A++++

I am not sure if I can put into words how wonderful it was to work with Joanne and how appreciative my family and I are of her tireless efforts to get us our very first dream home, but I can sure try!

During this process we were in all different timezones. Joanne was in NJ, myself in NV and my husband being overseas. We are relocating and were unfamiliar with the area and home buying process. Joanne was so great and responsive to our many questions (being first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions) at all hours of the day, never complaining or making us feel like we were a burden to her. She toured many houses for us, recording videos for us in detail and was open and honest with us during the whole process. She had drafted and submitted about 8 offers on 8 different homes for us, which I know was no easy task. Each offer that got declined, we got discouraged, but she kept a positive attitute and was sure we would find our dream home, which we did!

Joanne was so patient with us while we searched for a home and is so knowledgable about the whole process. If you are looking for a realtor in the area I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Joanne for making our dreams come true!

We recently closed on our first home! it was our dream for a long time, and it finally came true, but we could've not done without Joanne's help! She's very professional, and knew all the details of all the properties we saw, she advised us about the schools districts (which it was a big deal for my wife and I), as well as property taxes, and even upgrading costs. We are looking to make this house our home for a long time, but if we ever decide to sell and buy something else, we wont hesitate to contact Joanne Helps!
