As first time home buyers, my husband and I were unsure of what to expect when purchasing a home. Joanne made this experience exciting from start to finish. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, and didn't dismiss any concerns we had. Joanne was very responsive to all phone calls/text messages. She really made us feel as though we were her only clients, when we know that was not the case. Joanne really went above and beyond trying to find us our first home. We were working within a pretty tight budget and we checked dozens of duds until we settled on the perfect one! She was always super helpful and obliging with changing plans and explaining things to first time home buyers like my husband and I. She was also fantastic with our one year old. She would watch or hold her while we looked at houses. They’re best buds now!
I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for a home in the area.

I would highly recommend Joanne Randolph for your Realtor. SHE IS VERY HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! She knows the real estate business inside and out, if there's anything she is not quite sure of, she is sure to find it out! Joanne stuck in there with us through thick and thin. Even when we were stranded at one of the properties, she went out of her way to get us something to eat while we waited and waited for a tow truck. Shes the best ever!!!👍

Joanne Randolph was wonderful, she makes the experience of finding the right home fun and relaxing, she literally becomes your friend. We didn’t know what area we wanted to move and she took us anywhere we saw something we may have liked. She is kind, caring, funny, so responsive and available. She listens to what you are looking for and is constantly scanning new listings for you. When we walked into our new home, she knew at the same time we did that it was just what we were looking for! It was a long process especially considering we didn’t know if we wanted to live in the east or west of Pittsburgh but I am so glad she was our realtor!

Buying/selling a house can be very stressful but not when Joanne is your realtor!! She was on top of everything making this process extremely simple for me, especially since this was my first time selling. And it doesn’t stop there - along with being super professional, Joanne was extremely kind and supportive. I would and have recommended her to my friends because my experience was top notch.
