Joanne Reder

Joanne has successfully represented home buyers and sellers in Sussex County and surrounding areas for over 20 Years- through boom times and down times. She grew up in New Milford, NJ with her parents and four brothers. Joanne married her husband Daniel, who is also a licensed Realtor & contractor, in 1976 and together they have two children, Karissa and Daniel Jr. as well as two grandchildren. Joanne has worked in sales her entire life and in early 1990’s she decided to try her hand at real estate. After being employed with well-known agencies in the area for years, she decided that she wanted to open her own real estate business. Joanne bought and renovated a historic building in the center of Franklin Borough in the year 2002. Since the opening of her business over ten years ago, she has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, commercial businesses, and land. She is a Commissioner for the Superior Court of New Jersey, a member of the Lakeland Bank Advisory board, the National Association of Realtors, the North Central Jersey Board of Realtors, and the Passaic County Board of Realtors. Joanne belongs to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Newport County Preservation Society of Rhode Island, and the Victorian Society of America.
