Purchasing a first, second or third home is the largest investment one will ever make; enabling that purchase to be the optimum experience for clients is a goal Joanne always achieves, through experience and hard work. By embracing challenges and listening closely to each client's needs and long-term objectives, she has earned customers' business now and in the future. Both during and after the transaction she remains an invaluable resource for information on schools, churches and synagogues, doctors, lawyers, various sports, cultural events, responsible service people and virtually any other type of reference her clients may need. The relationships she has developed throughout the years with her clientele, referrals and company have served to make her "work" a joy.
The types and values of properties Joanne sells are as diverse as her valued and loyal clients. Her home base is Scottsdale, but she buys and sells all over the valley, including in master-planned and active adult communities. Properties such as single-family homes, condos, townhomes, real-estate investments, new construction and builder communities in our urban areas has been her mainstay in real estate. She has worked with many Canadian purchasers, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers and current homeowners who wish to take advantage of the tax credits offered today.
In this ever-changing world of real estate, it is imperative to remain current and adapt to present market conditions. Joanne continually seeks education, develops new skills, and maintain the attributes that have proven to make her career as a Realtor a success. To this end, she recently earned a SFR certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative, the only designation in this category recognized by the National Association of Realtors. She also holds a B.S. in Education from Cortland State University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Adelphi University.
Born and bred in Long Island, New York, she has been an Arizona native and convert for over 25 years. There is not another place she’d rather live, raise a family and work than in that sunny state. She has a lengthy history of volunteerism in the community, including but not limited to, the Foundation for Public Education, Crisis Nursery and feeding the homeless as well as being a multi-year participant and supporter of the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure.
