Joanne Traynor

As a real estate professional of over 20 years, Joanne prides herself on the highest level of customer service, aggressive marketing strategies, and strong negotiation/communication skills. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in communications from Bridgewater State University (with a concentration in public speaking), she then recognized her passion for real estate and moved to San Diego to begin her real estate career. As a result, she obtained her California real estate license in 2003, ultimately working for one of San Diego's top Realtors as the Number #1 buyer's agent in the Greater San Diego area.

In 2008, she made the decision to move to Arizona to specialize in the growing short sale and distressed property market. Quickly, she obtained her Arizona real estate license and worked for 3+ years in a challenging market while still being successful as an Arizona Realtor. In order to maximize her capabilities in the Arizona market, she obtained her Arizona broker's license in 2011 and further diversified her skills as a Realtor. After the market corrected itself, she began to focus on traditional sales and first-time home buyers, with a niche of veteran buyers utilizing their VA loans. Working as a full-time agent in all areas of Maricopa County, she has extensive knowledge of the various communities in both rental and home sale values.
