My husband and I found her to be very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Any questions we had were always answered immediately and if she did not know the answer, she would find it out and get back to us right away. We needed to do some minor work prior to listing so she gave us names of people for painting and and hanging doors. These people were licensed and we were extremely pleased with their work and the short time it took so that we could put it on the market quickly. Joanne also staged the house nicely and planted a few plants in the front to make it more appealing. We found her service to be exceptional and professional at all times. She has passion for her work and for making her clients happy. She asked me many questions up front to ensure she had a good feel for what I was looking for and for what, ultimately would make me happy. She was diligent in her research of the areas I was interested in. She showed my only houses that met my “requirements/wish list” and those that were within my price range. She never pressured me and was insistent that my needs be met. She is tactfully tenacious and her charm is contagious. She seems to have contacts in any area you might need. She went over and above during the entire process, and even after I moved into my home to ensure I had everything I needed (she even set me up with a carpet cleaner and negotiated his rate with me)! Her level of expertise/experience was obvious as she was able to easily navigate the process, the owner, and the owner’s realtor to negotiate the best and most fair deal. I highly recommend Joanne Wade and she is, in my opinion, the only realtor I will ever use again.
