Jocelyn Dunham

When Jocelyn was young, her mother Sonya owned a successful RE/MAX real estate brokerage in southern Utah and at only fourteen years of age, she began helping her team with marketing, creating flyers, answering phones, client interactions, and balancing trust books. Looking back, it is easy to see how her career choice was already in the works but of course, she had to explore the world outside of real estate first.

She graduated from high school early so she could move to San Diego, the city she loved since she was a child. She enjoyed the energy of San Diegans and was smitten with their fabulous weather. She briefly studied forensics psychology, but it was not long before her true calling – real estate – wooed her back with a unique opportunity to work with a top RE/MAX producer in San Diego. There, she learned her profession from some of the top agents and brokers in Southern California, quickly rediscovering how much she loves the art of assisting people in realizing their dreams. She earned my real estate salespersons license in 2001 and her real estate brokers license in 2019.

Throughout her career she has managed millions in investment funds for real estate investors. She has grossed over $500M in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate sales. And she mastered the art of selling REO's and short sales when the market crashed in 2008. She has been awarded numerous top producer awards throughout her career and has been recognized as a top 2% real estate professional nationally.

She prides herself on a strong work ethic, seasoned professionalism, an earnest commitment to her clients, positive energy, and an innate ability to achieve my clients’ goals no matter how big or small. She loves the challenges that inevitably arise from virtually any real estate transaction, and she prides herself on ensuring clients’ needs are met and that their transactions are smooth and professionally managed.

In addition to her career, she also enjoys gardening, volunteering at her favorite charities, yoga, and spending time with her fur babies Cosmo, Chance, and Shotgun. She enjoys eating her husband’s amazing gourmet cooking and sipping her favorite wines while laughing and creating memories with all of her friends and family.

After meeting her best friend and the love of her life, Stephen, in 2011, they got married in a gorgeous private oak grove in 2017. They love to explore everything life has to offer from the local arts to horseback riding or simply barbecuing with friends and family. They love to travel and always look forward to embracing the people, culture, food, and libations native to their destination.

She has two successful and amazing bonus kids that she has had the privilege of helping to raise from their teen years. They are both adults now and have their dream careers in the healthcare industry. Both live active lives in Northern California where they spend time with their significant others enjoying all that life has to offer. We all love traveling together on our coveted family vacations each year.
