Jocelyn Petrosky

Jocelyn has been in the real estate business since 2012. That same year, she was named "Rookie of the Year" for her company's 19 offices. Since then, Jocelyn been able to grow her business & relationships each year. She is a full-time agent who loves getting to meet new people and help them find their dream home. On every deal you should learn something new. Jocelyn takes this knowledge with her to guide buyers and sellers to make their transactions go more smoothly. When working with sellers, she helps prepare their homes for sale by giving suggestions on staging to make their property standout in photos and videos. This is a particularly important part of selling when so many buyers make initial decisions based on website images. From the first time you meet, to the signing of the paperwork at the closing, Jocelyn’s goal is to make this a smooth process for buyers and sellers. On a personal note, Jocelyn was raised and educated in the Greensburg/Latrobe area. She has a management degree from St. Vincent College. After spending 10 years in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and 2 years in St. Louis MO, she moved back to my hometown to raise her family which includes 3 sons & 1 daughter. In her downtime from real estate, Jocelyn enjoys gardening, traveling, eating out & playing pickleball!! Growing up in a family that has been involved in real estate for over 60 years, influenced her decision to try it for herself. Jocelyn loves her job & the friendships that have developed from it in the past few years.
