Jodi has been a tremendous help throughout each step of our home buying process and has really shown us the value that an experienced and knowledgeable agent can bring to this process. For a number of years, my husband and I had been actively searching for a home through popular sites like Redfin and Zillow and putting in unsuccessful offers through other agents. Jodi changed the game for us. She went with us to see a few different listings we thought we were interested in. She provided helpful feedback and answered our many questions at each listing. Jodi must have taken careful note of what we were looking for because she then (kindly and sweetly!) insisted that we visit a property that we had passed over. Jodi was so familiar with the neighborhoods that we were considering that she saw beyond bad listing photos and brought us to a property that she knew was special. Jodi was extremely helpful throughout my whole home buying process. We saw many properties and she had a positive attitude even when I wasn't finding what I was looking for. I had to be out of my rental by January so I started to feel the pressure to pick something and I nearly did. But after Jodi saw the property, I didn't love but was considering, she gave me her honest opinion and the reasons she didn't feel the property was right.
